Welcome to this charming A-frame cottage—an inviting retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
The downstairs bedroom was once an enclosed porch and was fully converted into a private bedroom with its own separate entrance. This space now includes brand-new windows, finished walls, and window shades, creating a bright and comfortable area to unwind.
The cottage has recently been refreshed with several thoughtful upgrades, including new kitchen countertops, a new stove and oven, a skylight in the main bedroom, and an updated bathroom with a new sink, countertop, and lighting.
One of the home’s most striking features is its expansive two-story glass wall, which fills the space with natural light and offers beautiful views of the water and the large deck outside. The open concept living area includes a kitchen with a dining space and a comfortable living room with two distinct seating areas. One side features a plush suede sectional positioned in front of a classic vintage mid-century modern red Majestic fireplace, while the other side offers another spacious suede sectional—perfect for watching TV, reading a book, playing games, or simply relaxing.
Step outside onto the expansive deck, ideal for lounging, grilling, and watching boats pass by on the water. The large grassy yard includes a firepit and is often visited by friendly deer, adding to the peaceful setting.
The dock sits along the channel and is perfect for fishing, swimming, sunbathing, or launching your boat. From here, you can easily cruise into nearby Old Forge, just minutes away, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, gift shops, and local attractions.
